- If you don’t have access to Excel on your computer you can use it over the web
- Open a browser
- Go to https://excel.office.com/
- To sign in provide your UF email address
- When redirected to the UF login page sign in
- Click “Yes” to stay signed in if you want to
- Click on the Excel button
- Click on the large

to create a new workbook - Your work will be saved in the cloud
- If you want to download it click on
File
->Save As
->Download a Copy
